2009-2011
Opened new larger Studio in The Holsum Design Center, an HSJ design. Recent projects include Nightclubs (Gato Nite Club & Rawhide), Restaurants (Tacone’s), Custom Homes (Rancho Bel Air), Retail (UFC and FansEdge Stores), and Museums (The Gloves Fighting Museum). Also, Addition and Remodel of the Henderson Salvation Army and a Maintenance Shop for the Valley Crest Landscape Company in North Las Vegas.
2003-2004
Opened Studio @ The Arts Factory in Downtown Las Vegas. The Holsum Lofts Building...Downtown Renovation of Historic 50,000sf Bakery into Artist Lofts and Galleries for LaPour Partners, Inc., Laguna Beach Condos, Custom Home, and Downtown Office/Studio Remodels, Mattel Hot Wheels Showroom, Strip Center Remodel and restaurant for Earl Gross, Mortgage Brokerage, Jack Gallery @ Hollywood, Florida.
2002Senior Designer with JMA Architecture Studios (Las Vegas, NV), Land Planning for American Nevada, Mixed-use "Urban Italian" themed Development for ILX Resorts, Rural "Resort" Office/Production Facilities for Golden Era Productions, several themed Restaurants, Office/Warehouses for Southern Paving and Wright Mechanical.
1995-2001Design Director for Howard F. Thompson Associates (NV & CA). Excellent Employer, specializes in Office, Industrial and Retail. Highlights were the design of major office buildings for Harrah's Entertainment and Aristocrat Gaming, plus numerous other award-winning developments for the Thomas & Mack Co., American Nevada, Howard Hughes Corporation, Magnum Opus, and other private companies and developers.
1992-1994Nevada License/NCARB Certification - Design/Rendering Contracts with numerous "Casino/Hospitality" Firms. Clients included Harrah's, MGM Grand, Four Queens, Station Casinos, Lady Luck Casinos, and many others, sometimes directly, but usually through other Architects & Interior Designers (Ken Murphy Associates, Paul Steelman, Ltd., Morris & Brown Architects, & Others). Work included Casino, Resort Hotel, and Restaurant Design.
